LG G Flex - The World's First Real Curve Smartphone
In my entire life of experiences with various types of smartphones, I have never seen any curved-design such as this new 'LG G Flex' from LG Electronics Company. For this reason, this gained them the fame to be the first to create a real-curve smartphone.
LG G Flex is elegantly designed by the manufacturer that they made the screen display and the battery of the device to such an astounding 'never been seen before' design. Its one of the first devices to be designed in a slight curve figure. By the time that I held this smartphone right into may hand, its gives me a new kind of feeling of being quite so amazed.
Why did LG Electronics come up with such design?
LG Electronics did not just come up with the curve design just to make it unique among the other flat-designed traditional devices around. The curve design is actually intended to improve voice and sound quality. With LG G Flex curvature design, it employs the average curvature arc of most individuals' faces. According to the manufacturer, the curve design of the device enhances the sound level by 3dB as compared to the typical flat designed smartphones. Apart from improving the sound level, the curve designed also improves grip and it fits more comfortably in the back pocket.
What are the other interesting features of LG G Flex besides its curvature design?
LG G Flex has a 'Self Healing' coating on its back cover. For those who doesn't know anything about the Self Healing coating, this is a special kind of elastic material that has the capability to recover from daily wear-and-tear scratches. If you are to take a look into your used phone, you will notice that it incurred so many scratches. With the Self Healing coat, LG G flex will always have a new look.
For entertainment purposes, LG G Flex has the ability to play various sound or music format (such as MP3 and CD quality). Other features include KnockON, Guest Mode and Plug & Pop. Please check the specifications below for further details:
